Ingredients
– 200g millet grains
– 1 medium size onion
– 1 Garlic clove
– 0.4g Celery
– 0.4g leek
– 30g butter
– 4 medium size Irish potatoes
– White pepper
– Salt

Melt butter in a hot pan and add all the vegetables and fry excluding the millet
grains.
Add millet grains , fry and add 1½ litres of water
Bring to boil, then simmer for approximately 15 minutes
Correct the seasoning ( Add salt and pepper)
Blend the mixture but don’t strain
Reheat and serve Hot in a soup bowl with millet bread roll on the side.
