Mr P.Ravi Kumar as Managing Director and Dr.P. Sathiyamurthi as Technical Director, the Team emerged with a prime focus to offer health care food products by utilizing Indian agro produces especially using millets. Their state-of-art baking and processing unit produces cookies, rusk and snacks with millets as the primary ingredient.
In manufacturing of various value added Food products, Moon Foods initiated their business plan and product development in the year of 2003 in house kitchen. After several trials towards the development of fresh, nutritious Millet Cookies, Millet Snacks, and value added fruit and vegetable food products for the period of six years, the team started their first venture “VINZI SPERRI” on 2009 at Coimbatore with the investment of Rs.90, 000. Later joined as an Incubatee of Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, and Coimbatore for our production of their millet food products range.
