Health Sutra brings traditional Millets in tasty formats like Flakes, Maida free Biscuits, Idly & Upma Rawas, Health Mix, Instant Ragi Buttermilk Mix and Diet Namkeens in order to reintroduce these healthy traditional grains into current eating habits.
Founder and CEO of Fountainhead Foods Sai Krishna Popuri said Health Sutra products are available in over 600 stores in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The company, he added, will set up a new unit in Hyderabad with a capacity to process 150 tonnes of millets a month.
Health Sutra, a start-up, is trying to solve the problem of unhealthy eating by bringing India’s traditional food back. The Hyderabad-based firm, apart from manufacturing and marketing packaged food made from millets, offers ready-to-cook mini-meals.
