Organic Thali is a catering company that serves 100% organic Healthy and Chemical free Lunch to working executives, these Lunches are designed by trained Nutritionists and meets the 1/3rd of the recommended dietary values for a healthy adult. Their lunch thali’s include a one millet preparation every day to ensure a nutritious and balanced diet.
Organic Thali has so far served lunch to corporates clients such as capgemini, TechMahindra, GE oil and gas, T-Hub, Orcle, NABARD and so on.
Organic Thali’s lunch thali has salad (sprouts/ boiled nuts), a sweet like millet laddu, korra payasam etc, two vegetarian curries, dal with leafy vegetable, sambar and rice, at the cost of Rs 75. The founder took a space off the HITEC City road, Hyderabad, closer to IT district, and opened his kitchen using the best industry practices of quality and cost efficiency. Today, his organic thali reaches several IT companies; he also has kiosks at various campuses where the techies can enjoy the thali. He also supplies organic snacks, juices like sabja lemon, ragi java at these kiosks. He plans to come up with more options to prepare healthy and organic alternatives to popular snacks. The organic grains are sourced from around 29 farmers from across Telangana in addition to what his farm produces.
